The Challenge

OnDeck wanted to use animated videos in its marketing strategy.

Through videos, the company wanted to convey how they provide fast and simple business financing to busy and underserved business owners 

OnDeck also wanted to talk about how it gives business owners a feeling of control and security knowing they can get financing when they need it. 

The objective was to simplify the concept and keep it engaging. 

Their target audience was small business owners in North America who are looking for financial help to grow their businesses.

As financial terms relating to lending and borrowing can be technical, it was important to break it down and simplify it for the layman.

Another challenge was that most finance videos are long and boring and cannot grab or keep the user's attention.

The Solution

OnDeck followed a customer-centric approach throughout the series of animated infographic videos we made for them.
