About University of San Francisco

The University of San Francisco is a private Jesuit university in San Francisco, California.

The Challenge

The client wanted to use animated explainer videos for their internal communications with staff.

USF wanted to bring a change with their approach and make these communications interesting.

The videos had to be visually appealing and engaging so that the viewer doesn't lose attention, enjoys, and truly understands the video.

Also, the language had to be kept simple so that it could be easily understood by all.

The Solution

We made a series of animated internal communications videos for USF.

The videos covered different topics of cyber security training and how the USF portal functions.

We used cartoon animation to make the offering relatable and present the message in an easy and engaging manner.

To achieve the client's objectives, B2W:-

  • Used Cartoon Animation to present the message

  • Made the internal videos in a simple language that could be easily understood by all viewers

  • Kept the video visually appealing with bright colors so that the viewers don’t lose interest

Key Takeaways

  • 1. Cartoon Animation helps relate with the audience better.

  • 2. Explaining your message through videos is engaging for the viewer and can be reused again if and when needed.
